We share data with the following categories of service providers, only to the extent needed for them to perform their function:

9. Data Security
We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to or from the Platform.
10. Your Rights
Under India's DPDP Act, 2023, as a Data Principal you have the right to:

- Withdraw consent for processing that relies on consent (e.g., marketing communications)
- Nominate a representative to exercise these rights on your behalf in specified circumstances
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 13. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Note: The DPDP Act's core compliance obligations are being phased in by the Indian government through May 2027. This policy reflects current good practice ahead of full enforcement, and will be updated as remaining rules take effect.
